Students Chuang Wen-Yu, Huang Sih-Yu Winning「Red Dot Award: Design Concept」with the work「Farewell- Stray Animal Remains Farewell Service」. Faculty advisor:Prof. Huang Meng-Fan
FAREWELL is a service concept that aims to provide friendly and proper handling of stray animal remains found by cleaners and the general public. The service would include a stray animal body box, an app, and the design of the service process. The body box is simple to use, and there is a QR code on the top that can be scanned to enter information. Data integration makes information visible and easy to query, and all data can be clearly recorded. The farewell service not only assists the cleaners, but it also allows the general public to obtain a body box from a partner chain store and complete the processes of managing animal remains by following the visual instructions on the package. This gives the bodies of stray animals without a chip a chance to be found, and together, the animal can leave with dignity and is kindly integrated into society.
