Yu Wang and Chieh-Yu Liao from the Department of Industrial Design, National Taipei University of Technology, received the Gold Award (First Place) in the group category at the 2025 6th Huang Gongwang Themed Cross-Strait Cultural and Creative Design Competition with their project “Interwoven Design” (Advisors: Tung-Ming Lee and Hao-Che Lee).

Their work stood out among more than 4,000 submissions, earning a NT$100,000 prize.

The award ceremony was held on July 16, 2025, at the Changshu International Hotel, Jiangsu Province.
